These cookies are required for the Platform to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They include authentication and session cookies that keep you signed in, security cookies, and the locale preference cookie, which stores your chosen language for up to one year. Without them, core features such as logging in and booking cannot work.
The tervita_consent cookie records whether you allowed optional analytics and is retained for up to 180 days. Analytics is denied by default. After you allow it, we store curated pseudonymous events in our first-party ledger for up to 90 days, send selected public marketing events to Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), and send selected product events server-side to our Amplitude EU project. Google Analytics identifiers may remain for up to two years and its event data for up to 14 months; Amplitude event data is retained for up to 12 months. We do not send patient data, form text or raw URLs, use advertising cookies, Google Signals or cross-site tracking. Withdrawing consent stops future collection and clears browser analytics identifiers. A pending first-party withdrawal marker may be retained for up to 180 days only until the server acknowledges it.
Service providers used for hosting, authentication and content delivery may process strictly necessary technical data to operate the Platform securely. After analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 processes selected public marketing events and Amplitude processes selected pseudonymous product events in its EU data region. These providers receive only the reviewed fields described above and act under their applicable data-processing terms and transfer safeguards.
Use Cookie settings on the Platform to allow or decline optional analytics and to change your choice later. You can also control and delete cookies through your browser. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Platform — such as signing in — may not work correctly.
