Make the booking page yours: themes, covers and colours
Short answer: open Dashboard → Booking settings → Appearance, pick one of three ready-made themes - Aesthetic, Barbershop · Tattoo or Clinic - then fine-tune the accent colour, background, corner radius, typography and cover photo. Every change applies to your public booking page and the embedded widget on your own website at the same time, with no code.
Clients decide whether a booking page feels trustworthy in seconds. A page that carries your colours, your photography and your tone converts better than a generic form - and it keeps the visual thread from your Instagram or website all the way to the confirmation email.
The three themes
Aesthetic - the warm house style
Warm paper background, soft rounded corners, serif headings. This is the default look and it suits beauty studios, spas, lash and brow bars - anywhere the mood is calm and personal. If you do nothing at all, this is the tasteful page your clients see.
Barbershop · Tattoo - the dark one
Charcoal surfaces, brass-gold accents, sharp corners and grotesque type. Built for barbershops, tattoo and piercing studios - businesses whose brand lives in low light. Add a full-bleed cover photo of your chair or your artist at work and the page stops looking like software altogether.
Clinic - calm medical
Icy paper, a muted teal accent, modern sans-serif type. For clinics, dental and aesthetic-medicine practices that want the page to read as clean and professional rather than decorative.
What you can tune
A theme is a starting point, not a cage. Each knob can be adjusted on its own:
- Accent colour - buttons, links and selected states follow one colour you pick.
- Background - any tint from bright white to deep charcoal; the text adapts for contrast.
- Corner radius - fully rounded, softly rounded or sharp.
- Typography - the default serif-led pairing or a modern grotesque set.
- Cover photo - a wide image across the top of the page. Real photography of your space or your team works dramatically better than stock.
The booking flow itself - services, specialists, times, confirmation - stays exactly the same in every theme, so restyling never risks your bookings.
One page, twelve languages
Whatever theme you pick, the page speaks all twelve languages Tervita supports. A client who opens your link in Estonian, Russian or Polish books in their own language on your branding - nothing extra to configure beyond choosing which languages you offer.
How to set it up
- Open Dashboard → Booking settings.
- In the Appearance section, pick a theme.
- Adjust the accent, background, corners and font if you want to.
- Upload a cover photo.
- Check the live preview and save - the public page updates immediately.
The same look carries into the widget you embed on your own website, whether it runs inline, as a popup or as a floating button.
Before you go
Restyling takes five minutes and pays for itself in fewer abandoned bookings. Pick the theme closest to your brand, swap in a real photo, match the accent to your logo - and your booking page stops being our software and starts being your front door.
