Reports: revenue, bookings, staff and client trends
Reports in the sidebar turns your bookings and sales into a single dashboard of figures, charts and tables for a period you choose.
Choose a period
Use the toggle at the top of the page - Today, Week, Month, Quarter, Year - to set the window. Every figure on the page recalculates for it, and most cards also show the percentage change vs previous period (the same-length window right before it).
Key figures
Three groups of cards open the page:
- Revenue - Revenue, Average ticket, Invoices paid.
- Bookings - Total bookings, Completed, Cancelled, No-shows, No-show rate.
- Clients - Active clients, New clients, Returning clients.
Revenue trend and payment mix
A Revenue trend chart plots daily revenue across the period with the period total underneath. Payment mix breaks the same revenue down by how it was paid - Cash, Card, Bank transfer, Gift card, Loyalty, Other.
Staff performance and reviews
The Staff performance table lists each specialist's Appointments, Completed, No-show count and Revenue for the period. Reviews by master shows each specialist's average rating and review count - this one always reflects every published review, not just the selected period.
What's popular and when
- Top services by revenue and Most-booked services rank services two different ways: money in, and booking volume.
- New clients by source shows where new clients came from.
- No-show rate by weekday and the Busiest days & times heatmap show your calendar's rhythm.
Multi-location clinics
If your clinic has more than one location, a Branches table compares locations side by side, and a Groups table appears too if you run more than one legal entity or franchise group. The reports page also follows the location switcher elsewhere in the dashboard - pick one location, or leave it on all locations, to scope every figure on the page.
Good to know
- An amber banner appears at the top when you have overdue invoices, with a link straight to Billing & Invoicing.
- Revenue, payment mix and top-services figures can show "Hidden for your role" instead of a number - your account doesn't have the permission to see financial figures.
- This page also has an Accounting register & VAT summary panel, visible only with extra financial permissions, plus CSV exports of it - both covered in the invoices and tax article.
- Figures are for the currently selected location scope; switching locations recalculates the whole page.
