Integrations: connect Tervita to the tools you already use
Open Integrations in the sidebar to see every outside service Tervita can talk to, and which of them your clinic has switched on. Each card shows its real state - Active, Connected, Requires setup or Not configured. Nothing here ever displays as connected unless the connection genuinely works.
What you can connect
- Twilio - SMS and WhatsApp for appointment reminders and no-show nudges. Connect your own Twilio account and messages go out under your own sender.
- Resend - transactional email: confirmations, reminders, invoices and receipts.
- Stripe - card payments, and reconciling payouts. This is also what powers online prepayment at booking time.
- Google Calendar - two-way sync between appointments and your staff's own calendars. This one needs a Google Cloud OAuth app (client ID, secret and a consent screen); send us the credentials and we switch it on for you.
- Xero / e-Financials - push issued invoices straight to your accounting software. Also OAuth: provide the API credentials and we enable it.
Connecting and disconnecting
Press Connect on a card and follow the provider's own flow. Once it succeeds, the card shows the date it was connected. Disconnect stops the integration; nothing that already happened is undone, and you can reconnect later.
Some integrations need credentials we cannot create for you - Google Calendar and the accounting ones say Requires setup until you send those over. That is not a limitation of your plan, it is the provider requiring an app registered in your own name.
Good to know
- Email and SMS already work without connecting anything: Tervita sends them for you out of the box. Connecting Twilio or Resend is for clinics that want messages to leave from their own accounts.
- If the integration you need is not on this list, ask support. Whether we can add it is a real answer someone can give you, not something to guess at.
