Packages: sell prepaid bundles of sessions

A package is a prepaid bundle of sessions a client buys once at a set price — e.g. "10 treatments for €400, valid 90 days." It saves the client money and gives the clinic revenue up front. Packages live in the Sales section of the sidebar, alongside Point of Sale, invoicing and gift cards.

1. Define it

Open Packages and press Add a package. Set the Package name, Price (€), the number of Sessions it carries, and how many Valid days it lasts once purchased — leave validity blank for no expiry.

2. Sell it at checkout

Sell the package at the point of sale like any other item. The client pays once, and the sessions are credited to their account automatically — no separate step is needed.

3. Redeem over visits

Each visit draws down one session from the client's card until the bundle runs out or expires. The Clients with packages list on the Packages page shows who currently holds one, how many sessions are left, and its status (Active, Used up, Expired, Refunded).

Good to know

• Editing a package's price or terms only applies going forward — it doesn't change bundles clients already hold.
• Deleting a package from the catalog doesn't remove sessions clients have already bought.
• Packages and Services are separate features and live in different sidebar sections: packages under Sales, services under Services & products.
