Getting started with Tervita

Tervita is a booking and client-management system for beauty and dental clinics. This guide walks you through the first steps after signing up.

1. Create your account and clinic

Sign up at tervita.ee, confirm your email and follow the onboarding wizard. It asks for your clinic's name and basic details, and creates your workspace.

To keep online booking usable from the very first minute, Tervita pre-sets working hours to Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00. You can change them at any time - see Set your working hours.

2. Add your services

Open Services in the sidebar and add what your clinic offers: name, duration and price. Clients will pick from these services when they book online.

3. Invite your team

Open Employee to invite colleagues by email. Each person gets their own login and a role that controls what they can see and do.

4. Share your booking page

Every clinic gets a public booking page on its own address. You will find the link on the daily dashboard - copy it and share it with clients, or add it to your website and social profiles.

That's the core loop: services, team, working hours, booking page. Everything else - billing, reminders, loyalty, reports - can be set up gradually as you go.
