Set your working hours

Working hours define when your clinic accepts appointments: clients booking online can only pick times inside these hours.

The pre-set schedule

When you create a clinic, Tervita pre-sets working hours to Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 so online booking works right away. The daily dashboard shows a reminder card until you confirm or adjust them.

Change the hours

  1. On the daily dashboard, press Set hours on the working-hours card, or open Schedules in the sidebar.
  2. Set the opening and closing time for each weekday, and switch off the days you are closed.
  3. Save. The public booking page picks the change up immediately.

Per-employee schedules

Besides the clinic-wide hours, each employee can have their own schedule (shifts, days off, vacations) under Schedules. Online booking offers a time slot only when the clinic is open and the chosen specialist is working.

Good to know

  • Existing appointments are never moved or cancelled when you change working hours - the change only affects new bookings.
  • If a client tries to book outside the hours, the slot simply is not offered; no error is shown.
