Set up and run your loyalty programme
Reward repeat clients with points they earn on purchases and redeem for a discount, plus optional tiers that unlock extra perks the more they spend or visit.
Turn it on and set the rates
Open Loyalty in the sidebar, then the Program tab.
- Set Points per €1 spent (how fast clients earn) and € per point (what a point is worth on redemption).
- Switch on Loyalty program enabled, then Points enabled to let clients earn and spend points at all.
- Press Save program.
Award or redeem points
On the Members tab, pick a client, then:
- Award for a purchase - enter the Amount spent (€) and press Earn.
- Redeem points - enter the points to redeem and press Redeem to take the discount.
Points also build up automatically whenever that client checks out at the till, with no action needed here - the Members tab is for one-off awards, corrections, or purchases rung up outside the till.
The table below lists every client with a loyalty account: current balance, lifetime earned and lifetime redeemed. A client only appears there once they've earned or redeemed at least once.
Tiers
Switch on Tiers enabled (Program tab), then set the Tier metric window - Lifetime, or a rolling 3/6/12/24 months - the period tier thresholds are measured over.
- In Tier ladder, fill in a Tier name, pick the Metric (Spend or Visits) and a threshold, then choose a Reward type: a discount percentage, a free service, or a custom perk you describe yourself.
- Press Add tier.
- Each tier has an Active/Inactive switch controlling whether clients can currently reach it, and a Delete action.
At the till, a discount or free-service reward for that client's tier can be applied with one press of Apply reward; a custom perk has no fixed value to calculate, so it's marked to apply manually instead. After changing thresholds, press Recalculate tiers to re-evaluate every client's tier immediately, rather than waiting for their next visit.
Good to know
- Points and tiers are entirely internal - clients don't see a balance or tier anywhere on the public booking page.
- Awarding points, redeeming points, and managing the programme itself (rates, toggles, tiers) are three separate permissions - ask an administrator if a control is missing for you.
- Loyalty program enabled is the master switch for the whole programme; Points enabled and Tiers enabled can each be turned off on their own while the programme itself stays on.
